And whats the reason why you didnt embed it?

So the views the video gets are counted, when a video is embed the views from the other website don't get counted.

You can see how many views the topic itself gets -.-'

Monetization on YouTube? More views = more of a chance of showing up in recommended? Use your brain for once.

Lol, I don't have monetization at the moment, but I feel I might in the far future. I mostly do it for the views so YouTube puts me on the recommended list.
