I DID IT!

Control:

To control the eyebrow, select all parts of eyebrow and change the bend.

To control the tail, select all folders named "tailpart" and folder named "tailend" and change X and Z rotation.

Another Great Rig From Mr.cat ... but this was the greatest guardian rig i saw but next time you do rabbit :like:
