Probably needs more fluid movement in it...

Like bouncing and stuff like that

It isn't really smooth ,but okay...

Try this combo...

Ease in first frame of movement ease out last

Thats what i actually did

I don't really know what any of the transitions do.. But it looks improved ;)

That sword swing was nice. ;)

Thanks for the compliment on the Sword Swing and i also dont know what the transition do

Maybe someone would make a tutorial or a list on what the transitions are used for

try 3 frames per movement

Well at 20 frames per movement i usally use 5-10 frames

ease in will effect the frames approaching your selected keyframe

ease out effects the frames leaving it

Ease in is good when making a frame and then another frame and it needs to look not static or robotic...

Ease out is like a fade out effect...

Definite improvement! :)
It was all smooth, but it could go with some bouncing (I emulate this with either movement of the Z or just changing the Z scale to work with the movement)
The sword swinging was very nice, but the walking could use some improvement. As MCshorts said, I suggest looking up a reference image for a realistic walk cycle.
It's awesome to see improvement! Keep up the good work :D
