Hello Forever Epic, The problem with your software is that you have conflicting versions of DirectX, Uni-stall both DirectX versions completely, ( A quick Google search would hep with that), And then install the latest one that is compatible with your computer, After that Uni-stall the current version of your Mine Imator program then proceed to reinstall from the offical website.
