You missed alot

a) how is he breathing in space if the TARDIS is malfunctioning

b) his hand should probably he burning off from the heat(explosions have heat 2)

c) the continents repeat

d) earth is 2 HD for this

e) that isn't space, that's nighttime on MC

Alot of these mistakes are things that literally can't be changed.
