WHAT? I say that GIF not only animation. I know that all animations are created in GIF format.

However, I repeat: GIF animation may not be. GIF file format can be a normal picture.

 

You do not understand what I'm saying at all.

I said that in this case, to call these images gif animation is not quite correct. In Russian there is the right word to describe this image. How to translate it correctly into English by me was not found
