It is short also, but I mean fast as in your arms and legs move quite quickly. You also move great distances.

Altho, I do have to say that the head swings quite a lot.

If you reduce that, it will help.

Great work!
I suggest you have the entire character move up and down slightly with each step, and the head is a bit swingy too .
