You have Fraps installed. Fraps thinks that Mine-imator is a game. Close it by opening your system tray, right-clicking on Fraps, and closing.

That is defiantly not FRAPS, I have FRAPS but it might be another FPS monitor like Overwolf or may be caused by your computer because I don't have that number either. Its defiantly an external program.

If it's not Fraps, sorry. I can't view the image on this computer and I just went off the fact they said "yellow fps."
