Block of Particles (Suggestion)

This can be useful for particles like rain and weather effects. This seems like a MUST for animation. However, the type of particles should be called a "particle system" while single sprites would just be "particles" just to ease confusion.

 

I love this idea, I hope it gets added!

David is working on a particle system, he stated this somewhere before. I'm personally not sure whether this would be suitable as a block or just as a drag-able, playing instance.
