  1. (I'm back again. I also just got discord so yeah)
  2. Ooof The lighting needs work. Try not to have flatlands visible in a wallpaper or animation, instead find a scenery that looks good. The pose is just weird and akward. It kinda even makes me a bit uncomfortable. Overall... 4/10. You at least know how to use the software for the most part.
  3. Sighing, Nicole puts her book aside. She slips the book back onto its shelf then heads for the door. "Ember, when you've found a cure I'll be in my chambers or Mia's," she says as she walks out. She walks to Mia's room so she can plan a challenge for Raven.
  4. (Number 1: PUT ALL PHOTOS IN A DANG SPOILER HOW HARD IS IT [sorry, everyone does it even though I stated in the formatting to put images in spoilers]. Number 2: If you have no elemental kingdom you have no magic. That means you cannot stop time, you cannot change into a bloodthirsty llama, and you cannot have mediumship.)
  5. (Well you see... I had a wasp problem this morning [see my latest status update] and I've been terrified to sit in my room on my bed where my laptop, the only thing I own that can access the internet, is. So yeah. Sorry.)
  6. Okay, so Story Time.

I woke up this morning and did a few things in my room before heading downstairs to get a shirt from the dryer. I returned to my room and picked out what I'd wear today. Then I put my foot under me and sat on my bed, like I do every morning. Unfortunately, this time there was a bug exactly where I put my foot. I yelped when I felt the bug move on my bare ankle, and leaned over to pick the bug up. I threw it across the room, (my foot was stinging a bit by this time) then decided I should find the bug and kill it. I thought it'd be a beetle since it seemed to have some sort of hard shell when I picked it up.

I found the bug. It was not a beetle. It was a wasp. I yelped again and ran from my room. My dad heard my first yelp and was at my door by the time I was running out (keep in mind this all happened in like 30s). I told him about the wasp and he killed it, so all is well.

Except the dang wasp did sting me before I threw it. So that sucks.

I'm kinda paranoid to be in my room and I'm searching my bed throughly before sitting down now.

I'm not here for sympathy, I just thought it was a funny story.

I don't know how people who haven't been stung once even do it. Do they live in paranoia?

I've never been stung before. And I still haven't, or at least not fully. The stinger didn't really stab me or anything. It kinda poked me a bit and irratated my skin making it sting and itch (I have sensitive skin). So I haven't really felt a wasp's sting.

But I'm talking abut no contact with stingers period. There are those people.

  7. The lighting is okay, but the shadows are really dark, the pose is stiff, and the rain COULD be better. Also, the buildings and everything just cut off randomly on the left side of the wallpaper. Try to avoid showing the edge of a schematic when making renders.
  8. (Well that's stupid. Your body needs a lot of sleep and you stayed up all night. You need way more then just 2 hours of sleep to be healthy)
  9. (Why wake up at 5? Isn't it Saturday for you?)
  10. (Sorry, groceries) Nicole turns a page then looks into the corner of the room and focuses on the shadows. She huffs in annoyance after awhile and returns to reading.
  11. (Just go and turn off all your devices, and just hold your eyes closed. Eventually you'll fall asleep)
  12. Nicole walks to the bookshelf and picks up another book. She sits on the other side of the room and starts reading.
  13. Handing the book back to Ember, Nicole looks toward the bookcase again.
  14. Nicole picks up the book and reads the first few pages. "I've never seen this book here before," she says absently. "I guess I wasn't looking for it."
  15. "Ember," Nicole says, with a slightly annoyed/angry edge. "This is my castle and that journal is the property of the royal family. Show me the book."
  16. Nicole shrugs. "Well how am I supposed to know?" she asks. "You wait for ages before saying the obvious answer for a lie." She walks to Ember and looks over her shoulder at the journel. "What's it about?"
  17. (Well you can't see us because there's a DNE sign on the door we're behind) Nicole shakes her head. "Ember. I can see the hole in the floor," she says plainly. "Why would you lie to me?"
