try using transitions or try animationg frame-by-frame, but i think its hard for beginners and me too.

Use Transitions and make every Movement in an certain amount of Frames. (Example: 1Block per 7Frames)

You should also use folders. You can use a folder for each axis you plan on manipulating and an example of this is an up and down folder, left to right folder, rotation x folder, and etc. That should help your plane smooth out.
