On the topic of teams:
Teams only fail when their members are not communicating properly; as that leads to confusion, arguments, and the eventual disbanding of the team. If a team wanted to succeed, I'd say they should be a small group, not a large one, as the more people there are, the harder it is to keep a steady line of communication. They should also be familiar with one another, or at least on friendly terms. They would need to actually work on projects, and be serious about it, with an established assembly line and a deadline as well, so everyone on the team knows exactly who is doing what and when it will be time for them to do their own task. They would also be prudent to keep their projects under-wraps until they're done with them, to avoid the typical: "We're going to make a huuuuge animation guys!... Wait, nevermind. Sorry, we got lazy/sidetracked/whatever, so we're not going to do it anymore."
And finally, if someone wants to leave the team, or the team does disband, for whatever reason, there should not be drama about it. That way, if the person ever wants to return to the team, or if the team wants to reform, they can do it without facing embarrassment or the mockery of others.-
Then how did team cubicle die?
Oh wait. You're looking at it.

@Skjold Trust me, this was more loudonlune's and my fault then it was yours, if the current team I'm making is going to be more successfull (which it will, because communication within it is much better than it used to be in TC) I might add you back, but that depends on if we NEED you, so for now, you likely won't be re-added.
