  1. On the topic of teams:

Teams only fail when their members are not communicating properly; as that leads to confusion, arguments, and the eventual disbanding of the team. If a team wanted to succeed, I'd say they should be a small group, not a large one, as the more people there are, the harder it is to keep a steady line of communication. They should also be familiar with one another, or at least on friendly terms. They would need to actually work on projects, and be serious about it, with an established assembly line and a deadline as well, so everyone on the team knows exactly who is doing what and when it will be time for them to do their own task. They would also be prudent to keep their projects under-wraps until they're done with them, to avoid the typical: "We're going to make a huuuuge animation guys!... Wait, nevermind. Sorry, we got lazy/sidetracked/whatever, so we're not going to do it anymore."
And finally, if someone wants to leave the team, or the team does disband, for whatever reason, there should not be drama about it. That way, if the person ever wants to return to the team, or if the team wants to reform, they can do it without facing embarrassment or the mockery of others.

@Keep on Chucking @Skjold Maybe you two should chat about it in a skype call or something. Not on the forums. And besides, voice chatting makes arguments much more difficult.

@Upgraded Moon Meh. It was just be being a total jerk and such and therefor got kicked off the team. That simple.
