He isn't really asking for just any skin. I think he had made it clear as to what specific type of skins he needed. Now as to making B/W skins, you just need a image editing program like Paint.net or Photoshop or GiMP or imgur-somethin-or-another. here are some examples as to making it Black&White without much work Paint.net - Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 - Microsoft Office Picture Manager (Change the color tones to affect picture) - Windows Live Photo Gallery (step one, open the editing program) - (step two, edit) - There, simple.
