Question

I want to make a particle spawner that begins spawning particles, continues spawning for a few seconds, then stops spawning and lets any remaining particles despawn on their own.
I tried poking at the problem a bit. The best I can do is press C then hit render, but that doesn't fix the second half.td3hSwc.gif

I believe there is a Spawn Particles checkbox within the Particle Spawner's Object Properties that you can use.

You could manually keyframe the "Spawn particles" option every few seconds in the particles settings.

But if you're trying to make the particle spawner do it automatically, I don't think that's possible.

In all my efforts I forgot that existed. I just kept trying to use the particle editor or turn off visibility. Thanks.
