Not bad.

You could try a better camera angle though. If you're going for an action wallpaper, try to find an angle that looks 'exciting'.

Lighting could also be better. The rule i go by is, if you can see shadows, you're doing good. But generally, you want to light up the main characters in an interesting way.

Other than that, it's pretty decent for a first try.
