Ontopic: you may want to decrease the alpha of that rain and maybe add a few more layers behind it with small raindrops so it doesnt look like you just imported a rain texture over it.

You may also create some reflections since its raining.

and I just realized that there are Endermen in the background when it's raining which doesn't make sense......
