Yeap! Im back with a new Rig! An advanced 3D hair, Also known as, a FLOWING 3D hair,

Hair Dosent come with a charactor, You can parent the "Hair Movement" (The Random Item in the middle) To a charactor's head

Currently for steve! I think you can edit the Hair Texture's to make it yellow, and stuff.

That is true, Mine-imator doesnt have blowing wind, and this isnt pre-animated, so yeah
