open the audio up in a program like Windows Movie Maker see what second the word starts at. If the word "The" started at 3.4 seconds and last for 0.5 seconds then you'd go to frame 68 and make the mouth open and close it at frame 78

'seconds*framerate = start frame'              

and 'seconds*framerate+start frame = end frame'

3.4*20 = 68

(0.5*20)+68 = 78

that's how I do it, there's probably an easier way

ooh ...

i know this one,

record your self (video) saying the original lines (make sure the timing is perfect with the original audio), open up a video editor (not movie maker), change the time to fps, then everytime you open up your mouth boggle the players head a bit, when you render the video cut the talking part out and stretch it as long as the audio, if you do it right you should have a perfect "lip" sync
