Render videos in low quality mode

I know it sounds stupid, but I believe this was going to be added in 1.0.0 demo but never found it's way in. Reason? So that our low computer fellows can render stuff too and so that people who are working on massive projects would like to sync up sound (in their project) before going on to finishing final renders.

• Better locking system, lock to several things during the course of the animation
• Lock the camera to characters/objects
• Interactive tutorials
• Select body parts in the 3D view
• More resources that come with the program
• Better 3D engine for realistic shadows and lighting
• Low/Medium/High quality graphics mode
• Record value changes into new keyframes
