Well, you have an Iron Sword, the Enderman doesn't seem to be mad at the moment, so as long as you don't look at him. The spider is very low and you are out of it's jumping reach. The zombie is behind you, so it will probably hit you after the skeleton shoots you. So you will be pushed back then forth. That would give you the chance to jump on a tree and run away. The fates won't be cutting any strings today.
