Besides, as a tip for classic exaggerated femininity(albeit society is changing this slowly) instead of, or added to you giving a large bussum and bottom, characters are usually also exaggerated in curves around the sides and legs.

There are many younger kids on this site, and as general first world society and western culture raise children to be more modest or look at the world modestly until a point, this probably could cause a bit of uneasiness to them. I don't know why I said it fancifully, but here is the jist: Careful what you put on the forums, from what I know, younger kids dislike this type of thing due to how they were raised.

Here is my suggestion, although due to my low knowledge of mineimator cylinders it might not work, use cylinders with spring textures between the arms to make the arms feel like they should come out and bend.

He is right, the green is too much. Because of the neon contrast to the black character, it morphs the perspective a little, taking a toll on the rest of the wall paper.

Is it even actually possible to change the size to the red bounding box of particles?

My advice, use transitions for the camera to get more climatic leads to events, such as your title screen.

Um, I haven't been on these forums for a while, but I think what is going on in the status'(Statusi?) right now is a public shaming because it is public, and it could be considered shaming. You guys should use private messages instead.
