Can someone please make me a bow rig? i cant find one anywhere! i want the string to bend and the actual bow to bend but still look like the actual minecraft bow Reply or PM me if you can do this! I would appreciate it!

Well, I made a Skeleton rig a while back, which included it's bow. So, I decided, why not just make a stand-alone bow rig? So... Hey guys, AlecAnimates here! So, as I was tinkering around with Mine-imator and I found out how to animate bows without rigs! Follow these steps: 1. Get all kinds of bows in the items list. These are: The empty bow The first loaded bow The second loaded bow The third loaded bow 2. If you have a character, lock the first loaded bow on his hand area. Lock the empty, second loaded and third loaded bow to the first loaded bow and untick the little box that says "Visible." 3. On the next keyframe, make the first loaded bow invisible and make the second loaded bow visible. Do the same with the second and third loaded bow. 4. When you're done with the third loaded bow, on the keyframe after that, make it invisible and replace it with the empty bow, with an arrow next to it. Do everything else with your animation, and you're done, son! What it should look like: If this helped, please click that little green button. Thanks! ~AlecAnimates

Hey guys! So, I'm new in these forums, but I've only tried Mine-imator for like a month and I'm absolutely in LOVE with it. Just one problem... Is there any way that you could move a bow with a separate arrow? It sucks having to change the bow to a separate item... Pls help me if you can... Tnx! ~AlecAnimates

Ok, So i was sitting down, all bored on my computer, so then i decided "Hey, Why not make a Hexxit Picture?" And I came up with this. A walker wearing Chainmail Armour, Another One with a Crystal Bow drawing An Arrow And the last One Holding a Shield And an Axe! With a Nether portal behind them! Let me know what you think!

This is my first animation I've actually posted anywhere. I made this a while ago but haven't put it on the forums until now. I know it isn't very good and the sounds don't always match up, but I'm working on a much better animation. This was made before I had any rigs. The character is just an HD skin I made.

Hello so my first animation was a bit short and it didnt have a proper end so I decided to continue it, if you havent seen it yet here it is: And here is the continuation, featuring another open ending (I really like those) Please post your feedback, I always like to hear it (or read it). There comes a time where things that should not be forgotten are lost, and where things found should be forgotten. Yada yada deep crap. This "recycling bin" is pretty much anything that I have created as a test, started as a test, or just lost interest in. I may or may not finish one or two of these if people tell me I should.

I've had this rig since version 0.5.2, but haven't decided to post it until now. Basically this allows you more control over the strings and stuff of the bow. I plan to upload more bow styles other than the plain default bow, like compound bows, recurves, traditional, etc. Till now, here is the Stevepocalyptic Advanced Bow Rig Version 1.0. Heya guys, I got a suggestion to make a cooler and much easier shooting animation. Instead of having three different items, there should be only one bow but with a sort of bendable string. The more you move it backwards, the more someone is pulling on it! What do you think?
