For some reason when i have a spot light it acts like a point light, anyone have any idea why?

Okay, so just earlier (about an hour ago) I downloaded this from the website, and I am using a mac, I watched tutorials and everything about wine and installed it ALL CORRECTLY!! I can't click any of the side tool bars like 'Library' 'Add' 'Instances' ect. ect. It is really frustrating me because I searched for 2 hours for a good, stable program where I can make some animations for mine craft, and don't get me wrong, I've watched videos on this program and it looks great! Only problem is I can't use it.. I can although move around and changes views ect. I cannot click anything to actually START using the program and making a 'animation' So if someone could PLEASE help me? It's driving me INSANE! Thank you. ~Princessbbg

Hi everyone First of all, i am new here and I am really happy to have joined you. I really love Mine Imator, is such a great and powerful software. I am currently using the version 1.0.0 demo v3 but even though i place all the lights I need in the scene, when I render, in the final video there aren't any lights. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or perhaps I'm just dumb (that would not surprise me at all actually)? PS: sorry if I make some mistakes and mess up with the language but I'm Italian and English is not my main language. Thank you all in advance!

Ok, so you guys may know that I'm making rigs, right? But you may notice i always put links for the pics... It's because when I post a new topic with that image extension, it tells me this, "YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THE IMAGE EXTENSION TO THE FORUMS" I followed the tutorial of David about posting images, but i can't... PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP MEE! -

Well i need help guys im interested in making a minecraft music video i already choose the song but i need this: 1-Someone that i could write the lyrics with, im already on it but some help would be great. 2-Animator,i like all the animation types but im not a good animator :mellow: 3-Someone that would be good with editing voice to make the audio good Anybody that help will get his name in my channel,In my videos,and i link everyone to you if the video gets popular you will get some fans Anyone interested?

So I'm trying to make my character hold a sword, I've done this before and had no problem but now the X axis moved and does the same thing as the Z axis and i have no X axis so I can't rotate it down. Please Help.

In the Mine-Imator beta you could click on the camera timeline, and it would change your view to the camera. Then you could move to where you wanted the keyframe to be, and that would be the cameras view at the keyframe. I found this much simpler to selecting the camera as an object and moving it. Even with the secondary view this is annoying! I love 1.0, but this irritates me! Is there a way to move the camera first person like before? I cant find a way! Is David going to add this back or is it gone forever? Help!

i spent a long time working on this cinematic mineimator 1.0.0 demonstration. how ever every time i try to export the project to avi it exports through the "work camera" which is apparently different from the camera i want to export the video to. the only camera on the time line is the one i imported from the work bench menu and thats the pov i want the video to export in. can some one help?

Hello. I started using Mine-imator a long time ago, I changed the char's skin and whenever I change the background light the face rigs don't change the color. Also when I bend more than 30° of the limb it shows a "nothing to do with" part. Here's a pic. If you can help me, I would be so grateful.
