I'll assume you don't know what Tokyo Ghoul is since you called them "evil eyes" but they are ghouls. Those are how their eyes are meant to look.

Just a breakdown of my OCs in order from left to right (Yes it's just the full view of family photo. The guy behind the camera is a scrapped OC) http://s24.postimg.org/caq02ahyt/OC_breakdown.png Joseph: The Father of the family. He met a human before he met his current wife Tiffany. Unfortunately the human woman died after having Josiah. He later met Tiffany and they fell in love. They settled in with each other and eventually had Shikuze. Tiffany: The Mother of Shikuze and wife of Joseph. She treats Josiah as her own son even though she's not his true mother. She is very protective of the entire family and as such has extremely powerful capabilities as a ghoul. Shikuze: The oldest son of Joseph. And only son of Tiffany. He is much like his mother in the sense of being very protective of his family. Especially Josiah, even though Josiah is only his half brother he'd rather die than to see any harm come upon him. If he sees Josiah hurt the person who hurt him usually won't be alive much longer. Josiah: The young one eyed ghoul. Son of Joseph and a human woman named Diane. He is unaware of his mother dying at his birth because Joseph lied about her death to protect Josiah from feeling the guilt. Sometimes he feels as if he doesn't fit into the family, but he's usually quite happy go lucky and loves hugs. Carter: Joseph's father. A wise old man ghoul who has powers beyond belief. Even in his old age he is someone that you should not mess with. He believes that humans don't go through as much loss as ghouls and often tries to go in disguise to speak for the right of ghouls.

I've absolutely no medical evidence as to why this should work - and realistically, it doesn't - but the mental side of things does, if you believe a remedy will work, 90% of the time, it will. Same reason why it's easy to make yourself feel sick.

Because these are technically opinions, and since based on opinions and personal experiences, they cannot be properly evaluated in terms of core gameplay without anything beyond anecdotal evidence. (Which leaves out how they can be properly used)
Though even you said that yourself, I don't see how it applies to bragging rights. If dealing with a certain weapon is the reason you lost, then it just seems like an excuse to deter those who can properly use them. (a.k.a. no johns) It just seems better to find a way to deal with said weapon instead of trying to make the meta stray away from them. (Because the meta only cares about what's most powerful, not what's most fair)
In any case, Machina deserves to be on the list because it's honestly for scrub snipers who can just aim a little better than a huntsman.
Same with black box, since it relies on getting a hit every time. Those are true crutches.

First of all; Fix your light detail so it doesnt make that ugly grid pattern.
Second of all; More background detail and rigs. Like, if some of those bricks were a bit further out that the others and if those were actual player rigs.
Third of all; Fix those particles! Play around! make them spew more!
Fourth of all; im getting tired of writing "of all"
Sixth of all; i cant count
