That's inevitable of course. I do selling some of my models and I'm sure they won't publish it anywhere. It's more like a "trust issue" over your customer.
Actually, my model that's often got stolen is the free models, that's why I'm selling models. And some users don't even credit me when they used it 💀

I assume you have a large screen resolution of not less than 1920*1080px?
Well, sure these formats appears bigger and more "eye-catching" than the normal one, but did you know these Heading formats are mainly used for title and highlighting texts hence the name Heading. And only effective when used in a single sentence block, I'm not recommend you to use these formats for long paragraphs like this because it will just waste the vertical space and also a bit pain to read.

LOL, why would you do that? well, actually maximum detail also important (depends on whats your style).
Save the model in different versions can help, like "v1.0 with interior", "v1.1 without interior", etc.
