I don't think I'll be able to make a tutorial this year, but I'll keep in mind this idea

Would you be more interested for MI 1.2.9 lighting or 2.0 ? (Because I know not everyone can use 2.0)

Mine-imator 2.0 has more stuff and it's graphics are way more sick, but you're right 'cause many people have problems with it.

Tbh it will reach more people with the old mine-imator system.

If you don't wanna feel outdated tho, then you could think about making a tutorial of each; will be harder and take more time but... ye, it's an option ig

when you start developing it if you decide to do it about the old MI: try to explain how to do a same single process in 2.0, because it may work differently in some cases

what I mean is that the old mine-imator lighting system is technically the base of the 2.0 mineimator, so this users would understand it better than old mine-imator users when watching a tutorial about 2.0
