  1. I'm glad you like it About MI, it depends of what you're making. If you need content from last Minecraft versions then use MI official I used Community Build because I needed group lights to make the render look good But it's the only feature I use in this version I guess I would first suggest to use MI official at first, and know how every feature works before using Community Build Because if you're good at MI official, then Community Build expend some possibilities to make your work even better or sophisticated

  10. Well, that's actually what I've done But the shadows are way too much blurry to be visible (the more it's far from the ground, the more it gets blurry)

  13. Hello ! When I open one of my projects, when generating the Minecraft map this message shows up "Do you want to cache the 3D model of the scenery to instantly load it next time?" There's no problem with it, in fact I normaly click yes and it generates a .meshcache file the MI project folder But this time it doesn't work properly, it generates an empty .meshcache file So I can't open this MI project on another computer (even if I place the map in the save file of Minecraft) I think it doesn't create the meshcache file correctly because the map is very big, but is there a solution to fix it ?

      This is what I was also thinking about

      The old MI will reach more people

      And the number of people who are interested in this tutorial idea means a lot to me in terms of motivation

      I mean I don't want to make a tutorial for only 3 or 4 people 😅

       

      Make a tutorial of each version is a solution yes

      I need time to think about it and which aspects of MI I want to cover (indoor or outdoor lighting, some concepts I learned in my audiovisual studies...)

      Yeah the new MI has the same bases as the old one, but because of few features, my lighting process is very different (but with some common points tho)

      I could certainly make several tutorials ?

      I mean, I realised for camera effects, my process is the same in MI 2.0 and older versions

      So that could be useful for everyone

      I might find MI "concept" that works for both versions and make short tutorials about it
