Well i figured out that if you get a block and make it 1% Alpha and 1% Overlay with a different colour it makes blocks disappear for some reason so i just used it to cut off the overhanging shadow (Block)

Get a block turn its alpha to 0% then set its overlay to 40 - 60% flatten it with the scale and vola!
