Dude what had I had dreams in my live. Ever dreamed from an army big enough to destroy entire relaitys/realms/dimensions/worlds only wiht its sice, because it has more soldiers/warriors than fit in a normal average world?

Gabriel had a dream like this, it is inspired by that dream that Gabriel Calamity was created, the most dangerous man in the multiverse with an army containing the best soldiers in the multiverse, often with different versions of the same soldier.

Not just soldiers, he has an entire research and national security team to look after the Calamity Universe.
