Im pretty sure you don't say anything good about rigs most of the time. I don't wanna start a war.

No, not trying to be offensive. If you look at the character fry, his pupils are much smaller than the eyes. His eyes are also fat Your character has rather flat, and the pupils are large. Change that and he'll look much more like the real thing.
