Well, that looks like a glowing Steve with a normal color injury with weirdly bright blood coming out of it on a chair in a plain flatgrass field covered by fog.

 

I think you were trying to put him in some kind of interrogation room or something, but decided the floor should stay as grass and Steve should glow.
