Something about the "light-saber" part I don't like.

For example the axe, I think it's because it has to many intersection with lines in the middle? I'm not sure what I can describe of what I'm trying to say but again, something about the "light-saber" part doesn't feel right. Overall though, its good.

I don't get the grid thing, but the green one looks visually pleasing. (The red one doesn't appear to be glowing)
