I was wondering if it is possible to render animations, with  render software other than MI default one?

Nope. Even big name studios set-up render farms for their hardcore rendering. You should invest in a mini itx build that only has a good cpu, and ram for that. (GPU helps greatly, but for software like MI, it really doesn't matter.)

I didn't think so. Still, the MI rendering is better than none.

I do believe someone was working on a program that would convert .mproj files to .blend files properly. It was a few months ago and a heavy WIP, with a lot of things broken or missing entirely. I don't know the status on that project, so don't get your hopes up just yet.

If you really want to get better render quality, it's probably best to animate in Blender or another program. They're more difficult to learn, but worth the effort. Otherwise, you'll have to find tricks to make it look good like the rest of us do.

It took me a while to learn to animate with blender, because i'm used to MIs simple interface. I would use blender, but I dont know how to rig in blender. I prefer to use my own rigs. Thanks anyway.
