I made this character rig yesterday, (Actually it's re-make thing)

And I don't know people will like it when I share this

 

Somebody told me 'it's like anime', I don't know it's meaning like good way or bad way

Saying it looks like animé really shouldn't be taken offensively or as a compliment. It's just an observation.

I think the rig is alright, but her emotions and background in the preview image just seem incomplete. Presentation helps! Also she seems to have a lack of hair on her right side compared to her left.
