I don't think it's possible.

Simple explanation: Minecraft on PC works on Java. However, Minecraft Pe/Console/Win10 works on C++

So it's a totally different version; blocks, items, etc work different in terms of technology.

Considering the fact that mine-imator is for PC only, it's only designed to read Java data specifically.

Even if you uploaded the world data to a computer, it wouldn't read the world because it wasn't programmed to do so.

Yes it's easily possible, you can use an older version of mcedit and convert it to a pc world (or it was the other way around) I don't remember exactly how it works, but I used to do it all the time, if you look for a tutorial on hoe to do it with mcedit you should find something.
