Animation view drifts off when leaving mouse alone?

Easier said than fixed. I have this problem where if I right click on the view to look around(including the camera) it will just turn to the right or left without me doing anything. Some times the camera will shake too. I'm on the latest version of MI and my mouse doesn't do this anywhere else. It has to do with the view of the animation. Any fixes or ideas?

You could always try to delete the settings file.

When you move the workspace camera, does the other window move along with it?
