XYZ bars are not working

I was in the car making an animation on my laptop and I just finished one of my projects and I open a new one and the Red, Yellow, and Blue XYZ bars are not there anymore.

How do I get theses bars back?

What happened is you either closed the positions tab or deselected the 3D Cursors, let me show you how to fix these.

To enable the 3D cursors you will need to have this selected 

 

if you have it selected but you still do not have the cursors you might have closed the position/rotation tab. just open the tab to fix this

if you look at the top of the camera you should see some icons wont shows the xyz bars make sure thats enabled
