1- i open mine imator on a new computer > a window says i have to install Direct X

2- i download it

3- I cant Install it 

please help me

i had the same problem, first: which version of direct X are u using?

second: which type of graphics are u using

third: if you found out the first and second then try updating both to higher versions

if this didnt work, feel free to reply/quote to this comment

This isnt a mineimator problem. Try looking for it on the internetz.

I think It was something about C++. Try to reinstall them.Otherwise you need a hard reset.I had the same problem in the past :(.

i dont know which direct x  but this is the type of graphics

AMD REadon R2 Graohics 2038 Mo

and what slolution ?

find a way to update amd radeon, open amd catalyst control center, and search for an update. or you can open the installer of the graphics, uninstall then reinstall

no actually it will say "UPDATE" when graphic card needs update.I think he has the latest version
