Some suggestions here:

Particles maybe, like the dragon breath? Its optional.

100% Brightness on the crystal, and maybe colored cubes in front of the enderman and they have the brightness max too.

Brightness is at 100% on the crystal, and ive been looking for a good ender man rig tell me if you know of one
