Really good for a newbie. Try these tips:

1. Don't let things glitch into each other. (Like the cow glitching into the guy)
2. Use transitions
3. Make the walk and run cycles along with standing up better.

You actually gave me an idea for a wallpaper.

I thought I was the only one who watched Avatar...
