It is the real game, the guy probably just installed shaders mod and got a friend to turn off the ui and record him.

Oh so it's actual gameplay. But there are tons of people there. So he gathered all those friends to do the movie I guess.

probably a mod called camera studio

He is using Keygrip Motion Capture by Ichun. Probably paired with camera studio. You can create multiple players with different skins and record them over and over to make a scene full of different people and then use camera studio to record the scene from different angles.

Yes, the problem is if you like to build scenarios with mine imator to build "off the grid", using surfaces etc.. you couldn't use those scenarios.
