help Rendering Issues, Strange dotted lines appearing

 A friend of mine recently got a strange problem. Everytime he renders anything, doens't matter if its an image or a video , strange dotted lines appear all over the frames.  They don't appear in pre-rendering only when he transports the video/image.
He has reinstalled Mine-imator and updated his Graphics driver and it still didn't solve the problem.  We don't live near eachoter so I can only tell the story from second hand.

Does anybody know a possible solution?  He's quite talented in my opinion and it would be a shame if he couldn't make anything anymore because of this.

Can you upload another image but in a bigger size (this one is 200x133 px)?

Can't see anything with such a small image

also if he only rendered it this small because he's computer can't render bigger pictures than it probably his computer

Im assuming that his camera or sunlight quality is really low.

It doesnt really start to look good till its at Very High.

You can also try raising shadow quality aswell as rendering the image at a much higher size. atleast 720x1280

I couldn't get a bigger picture to show up, thats why its so small.
