Editable Marker on TimeFrame

So, while animating a test animation i looked up how many frames is 10 seconds using a tempo of 13

Then i though why not add a marker so we can mark specific spots  and name it on the timeframe and when we scroll over we can see what we need to do there

This might not be an explination but i kinda make a ok point

Is this a good idea?

130 frames is 10 seconds. at tempo 13 just do how many seconds you want and multiply it by your current tempo.
