Also, can you guys help me out on what to improve? You see this isn't as smooth as my other animations....and most of my other animations are only like 0:05 to 0:16 seconds long....

Dont use that transition (I think your using one. IDk) Make it smooth. I use linear and it works fine. With other transitions, It pauses for a second. You dont want that, right? You want it to go smooth. Try to use linear instead of other transitions.
