Here's a topic relating to chrome i found on google: http://worldofequestria.com/topic/1267-action-failed/ Here it's apparently a data base problem: http://www.invisionita.it/forum/topic/3608-pm-action-failed/ Another solution I found was to simply refresh the forum board theme. Also check to see if the status update was actually posted after the error. The client might think nothing happened because you simply sent the data to slow and didn't receive the "Ok" from the server so it assumed an error occurred. <--Happened a few times with some people on here I've seen.
