Ability to disable animation preview to speed render times.

When you render an animation, it shows the preview of the animation. But if we disable it, it could speed up renders at the cost of missing errors. Should we get this as a feature?

Knowing the code, I don't see how this could speed things up or get rid of errors. The image still has to be created in memory, whether it is displayed or not.

I'm rather puzzled by this, as other programs have this option. As this was said to disable the refresh and prevent the program from redrawing frames allowing renders to speed up.
