Object Shape Modifiers..?

i have no idea how this is called it ..just came to me.. wouldn't it be conbinient to be able to modify shapes.. for like..? eyebrows.. mouths... maybe eyeholes...

it would looks something like this?

you drag the red dots to change the shape like so.. but with obviously more dots so it doesn't look jaggy ;D

I'm going to assume this will be in the model creator. It's a basic feature of any 3D modeler.
