My first animation, it's not very long but it's a test of animating with rig.

Because rig make everything better.

You had every limb slowly move in actions, and you never left them at the default position, so that is definitely something a lot of new users do by mistake, and I really have to say, for a first animation, it's pretty good! Also, as for the stiff walk sequence like others said, try using the transition tab for smoothness.
