This is a pretty complex suggestion. I think it's safe to assume it won't be in 1.0.0. Anyway:

Motion paths.

Look at a slime when it bounces in-game. See how it moves?

At the moment, the only way you can move it at the moment is linearly, like so.

You have to manually get it to look splined, and even so, it's usually never perfect.

Here's an example of how it's used in other animation programs. In Adobe Flash, which is a 2D animation program:

(excuse the poor quality-image, my copy of Flash is on another computer at the moment.)

In Blender, a 3D animation program (I think we all know that):

I think it's worth noting that I'm an absolute noob at Blender, so this may be completely wrong. I do know my way around Adobe Flash quite well, though. As far as I know, so does Dave.

Eh?

Being able to create splined/bezier motion paths for objects to follow to create the effect of smooth curved movement rather than straight lines. :P

New Transitions...

Or use these four steps:

1.Make a block and call it SlimeZ or just SlimeBounce

2.Parent the slime to it

3.Set the blocks transition to 'Ease In And Out' then in three keyframes move it up then back down

4.Then make two keyframes for the slime make it move forwards
